As an AMS Consultant you'll proactively deliver contracted consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers across our Property & Rating products.
What you'll be doing...
You'll be working with our best-in-class software solutions, TechnologyOne software that empowers our users. Our products are used by tens of thousands of people every day.
- Perform consulting services that achieve a monthly utilisation target of 80%, services including: Application Administration, Scoping and delivering configuration changes, Implementing Application enhancements, including reporting design and development & supporting users to adopt proven best practice processes.
- Analyse customer requirements and manage customer expectations
- Maintain contemporary capabilities through trends and new technologies, to drive innovation and develop ideas for discussion and implementation
- Work with the AMS team to provide input into the configuration and management of product and solution implementations
- Contribute to revenue generation through utilisation and identification of further product and service opportunities
- Deliver training as required
- Proactively communicate any issues that may/will impact delivery on customer expectations
Your talents...
- Solid experience within Local Government Consulting or in depth knowledge of Local Government & Property and Rating business processes
- TechnologyOne product experience preferred
- Customer centric, you’re a customer advocate and know what it takes to deliver a compelling customer experience
- A solid communicator, your communication skills are second to none and you’re at your best when talking to customers
- A strong background with ERP systems
